| T. Linh Ho
T. Linh Ho’s practice includes both advisory work and litigation for Jenkins & Hogin’s municipal clients. Ms. Ho’s experience includes advising public agencies on a variety of municipal law issues, including the Brown Act, conflicts of interest, land use and redevelopment, environmental law, education law, inverse condemnation, election law issues, and contract disputes. In addition, Ms. Ho's litigation practice includes civil litigation cases and code enforcement matters in both civil and criminal court.
Ms. Ho has worked as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Stephen Reinhardt of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and as a legal extern to the United States Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, in Washington, D.C. During the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, Ms. Ho received a public interest law scholarship to assist with the rebuilding efforts in New Orleans, Louisiana. She has also dedicated numerous hours at Public Counsel, the world’s largest pro bono public interest law firm.
Ms. Ho is admitted to practice in all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Ms. Ho received her Bachelor of Arts degrees, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles in Political Science and Asian American Studies. She also holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, where she attended as a Public Policy and International Affairs Fellow. Ms. Ho received her Juris Doctor from the UCLA School of Law, with a specialization in Public Interest Law and Policy.
Ms. Ho speaks Vietnamese fluently, is conversant in Spanish, and has provided legal assistance to limited English proficient clients.
